And before you say it, yes I know there might be a trick (I don't know and don't want to look for it) to it but I except some hint from the games I play.(2) The answers to the coded paintings. As I searched through and through, analyzing the 10 letters provided by each 8 letters to find out where to put "Naberius" that was all other some seals found there. I decided (with shame, because I felt like having failed to something) to look a solution on the net. And guess what ? There was no feeling of "Oh,\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665 of course stupid me, I missed that !" feeling. Just a plain "WTF was that ?" of never heard or seen codes.So, the game has some good feels. In some fightings, some dialogues and story (I still want to know the end but I won't work for it). I'm amazed to know that it was a really small team that built it up, the soundtrack is real nice and all.I think that in that kind of action game you should use more time in, say, *action* than in just looking for the way you should go. I'm aware that I miss a great deal of the game but if it's for more unkillable bosses or unfindable clues, thanks but no thanks.. While this game was clearly created on a low budget, it is clear that they put a lot of effort in it.The combat may feel a bit clunky at times, but the two characters mechanic was interesting.But most of all, the story was very good and drove forward the whole game.. Great game! Like graphics and tight controls. Like the sexy main character, and the story is top notch, battles are engaging. Obviously is not AAA game, but is excellent for what it is.. This game is great, so underrated. It's like the lovechild of Darksiders and Devil May Cry, the story is rich, the gameplay is fun, and each character is unique and, well.... has character! Sure it's a little rough around the edges, it's a game that could've benefited from more funding and a larger development team, and the voice acting does sound a little off at times, but that doesn't take away from the enjoyment of the game!. I'm certain this game is for someone, but I am not part of that group nor can I think of anyone I'd recommend it to.While the basic part of the controls such as movement and button responsiveness works well, the platforming is bland and the combat feels very uninspired even if there is an attempt at putting some depth into it. And a big part of that is the combo system which is not well done compared to the competition (even if you only look at budget titles). The only interesting enemies are the bosses and mini-bosses, the rest are forgettable annoyances at best.Then there's the weapons and artifacts. There's a ton of weapons and you can dual wield! Sounds awesome, right? Until you realize that weapons are merely stat boosts and don't provide new movesets. Same with the artifacts, pure stat boosts that at most also provide a minor buff like bonus xp or money.But what truly makes me not want to complete the game is the story, characters and voice acting. There are interesting ideas there, but the execution is just poor. I can play through a mediocre game if the story is compelling and a bad game if the story is told well and the characters are interesting. But a subpar game with a badly told story? Not a chance.. I just recently started play this game because of the sale and I have to say I'm very impressed with the world building and combat. I definitely will be continuing this game fully and I've already bought the prequel to play through once I am done with this game. I would highly recommend this game.. clunky and boring there are tons of better Action RPG games. I had fun with this game. The production value could have been better. I enjoyed the story. The combat was pretty good to. There are a lot of games I regret buying. This isn't one of them. Even if it is a little rough around the edges in some spots. I see enough potential in this dev. I would love to see more from them.7\/10. Brilliant Game would not recommend to most people because it does get pretty challenging and part of the fun is dying a bunch until you find exploits in the enemy defense. I recommend it if you are looking for a challenge and dont mind dying a lot
